Strike a pose

So yesterday I had my first professional photo shoot as a blogger. I am very excited to see the outcome. It will take a couple of weeks before I receive the photos. Until then I will be anxiously awaiting! My photographer is great. She did our wedding photos years ago and did my family photos just last year. I have nothing but confidence in her photography skills. She really is the best.

I did a total of five outfit changes. And let me just say it was not the easiest because I had to change on location. I could not just run home and do a quick change in between. Time is of the essence. So my good friend/hairstylist held up a blanket next to my vehicle for me to change. It did the trick. And luckily the first locations we shot at were quiet. However I did have to change in my car at our last location. It was a little more busy. That was a bit of a challenge. But I made it through just fine.

It was surprisingly hot as well. I was burning up big time! Definitely still feels like summer. But with the first day of autumn being Thursday. I hope the weather will start to shift into the cooler temps. Because I am BEYOND ready for fall weather. Wearing pleather pants with high 80 degree weather, equals major sweating.

But overall everything went smooth. I was pretty prepared for the most part. I had a few different hairstyles as well. I chose easy ones, since we would have to change the hairstyles on location. Thankfully my friend reminded me to bring a stool. We are about the same height so it would have been a bit of a challenge without it. She did a fantastic job as always. My hair would be lost without her.

I can’t wait for y’all to see my fall fashion. I have so much to write about and share. Below is a behind the scenes look at my photo shoot yesterday. Thanks for tuning in. Until next time be sure to follow me on instagram @kfashion28 if you haven’t already!
